All recorded title papers provided
will (per state regulations) consist
of information examined in the federal,
state, county, city, and township
records regarding current owners
and lien holders. This examination
includes taxes, mortgages, judgment
liens, tax liens, mechanic’s
liens, pending law suits, domestic,
probate and other court filings which
affect the premise in question. All
title searches (and subsequent policies
issued) will be conducted (and contain
information) according to the specifications
as required by the State of Ohio
Department of Insurance and State
of Florida Department of Financial
Services and our insurance underwriters.
Each title

will be backed in the appropriate
manner
by our title insurance underwriters
and our Errors and Omissions Insurance.
