We are a Full-Service Real Estate Title Agency; providing title, escrow, and settlement/closing services.  It is understood that Oldstone Title Agency will provide to its’ customers an accurate and timely commitment for the type of title insurance required.  All recorded title papers provided (per state regulations) will consist of information examined in the federal, state, county, city and township records regarding current owners and lien holders.  This examination includes taxes, mortgages, judgment liens, tax liens, mechanic’s liens, pending law suits, domestic, probate and other court filings which affect the premise in question.  All title searches (and subsequent policies issued) will be conducted (and contain information) according to the specifications as required by the State of Ohio Department of Insurance and our insurance underwriters.  Each title product will be backed in the appropriate manner by our title insurance underwriters, our Errors and Omissions Insure and we are bonded.

 

Commitments, payoffs, subordinations, title insurance, disbursements, and settlement/closings anywhere in the State of Ohio, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
